JoJo Bayliss is an Independent  folk-pop singer-songwriter from the foothills of VA. His take on pop music indulges most genres and incorporates his own sound using melodic tones with thumping acoustic guitar driving each song. He is often compared vocally as a modern-day James Taylor. Bayliss brings excitement and energy to the stage with his acoustic performances, as well as his heart-felt melodic ballads that leave an impression on every audience.

Over his thirty year tenure, Bayliss has toured regionally and shared the stage with acts such as Run DMC, Blues Traveler, The Wailers, Fuel, Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Vanilla Ice, and many more. He draws most of his musical strength through today's indie-folk bands such as Beta Radio and The Ballroom Thieves. He also grew up and was mentored by such greats as Roy Buchanan and many other Washington DC touring acts that stemmed from the 1960's era. This included his father who also toured and had major label success.

Currently, JoJo Bayliss averages over 150 gigs a year and is looking to extend his network worldwide. He is in the process of writing a new album and he also extends himself to other projects including film and photography. His first single, “Follow in Your Trail” is set to be released in May 2024.

"JoJo covers the entire musical spectrum and does it pretty darn well [...] Where some bands take a lofty, aspirational approach to the music world, he is about as real as it gets." - Jesse Scott - Free Lance-Star
